Use SeedVault as a planning tool.
These pilot terms document the current product boundaries. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer. The final operator identity, contact details and governing-law clause must be completed before commercial launch.
1. The current service
SeedVault is an early-access workspace for preparing community projects. It can store profiles, project proposals, the Solana network, proposed token allocations, team roles, acceptances and receiving addresses. Features may change, pause or be removed during the pilot.
2. What SeedVault does not provide
SeedVault does not currently accept or custody funds, provide escrow, process refunds, issue or distribute tokens, provide liquidity, execute launches, operate a trading platform, pay rewards, verify identities, audit smart contracts or provide investment, legal or tax advice.
Displayed funding, tax, reward, market-cap and launch figures in demo areas are fictional, provisional or planning estimates. They are not offers, guarantees or entitlements.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to use wallet and crypto-related software where you live. You are responsible for checking local restrictions and for obtaining professional advice when needed.
4. Wallet responsibility
You control your wallet, keys and approvals. SeedVault will never ask for a seed phrase or private key. Review the origin, message and requested network before signing. A wallet signature proves control of an address; it does not verify a person or business.
5. Projects and team agreements
Builders are responsible for the accuracy, legality and feasibility of their project information. Helpers are responsible for checking the builder, scope, compensation, allocation and receiving addresses. An acceptance recorded in SeedVault documents the displayed pilot terms, but it may not be a complete employment, contractor, partnership, intellectual-property or token agreement. Use a separate written agreement where appropriate.
6. Owner review
Owner review is a planning checkpoint only. Approval does not mean that SeedVault verified identities, ownership, code, regulatory status, token economics, security, finances or future performance. It does not authorize fundraising or guarantee a launch.
7. User content
You keep responsibility for content you submit. You must have the right to share it and must not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, malicious, confidential or sensitive material. Do not publish personal information about another person without a lawful basis.
8. Prohibited use
- fraud, impersonation, market manipulation or misleading promotion;
- malware, phishing, wallet draining or attempts to bypass access controls;
- illegal fundraising, sanctions evasion or prohibited financial activity;
- scraping or disruption that harms the service or its users;
- claims that SeedVault approved an investment, audited code or guaranteed returns.
9. Third-party services
Wallets, blockchains, launchpads and external links are independent services. Their availability, fees, risks and terms are outside SeedVault’s control.
10. Availability and liability
The pilot is provided on an “as available” basis for testing and planning. Data loss, downtime, errors and feature changes are possible. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by wallet compromise, blockchain activity, third-party services, reliance on user content or activity conducted outside SeedVault. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Suspension and changes
Access or content may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or secure the service. Updated terms should be published with a new date. If a material change is unacceptable, stop using the pilot.
12. Contact and disputes
Use the contact form for questions and notices. Sign in to receive a private reply in SeedVault. Operator identity and applicable legal terms still need to be finalized before wider release.
