Publishing makes the project visible and locks its chain, team target, proposed allocation, and other planning terms.
Invite helpers to agree
Helpers apply, receive a role and proposed allocation, then explicitly accept and add public receiving addresses for the Solana.
Request an owner review
Once enough helpers accept, the builder can request a planning review. Feedback may require everyone to accept changed terms again.
Prepare outside the pilot
A reviewed plan is not a security audit or launch approval. Contracts, escrow, compliance and launchpad execution remain separate future work.
